Carbonation

Carbonation occurs naturally in most concrete as a result of carbon dioxide and water interaction with the cured concrete, and usually does more damage in the pores and capillaries that are created in the natural bleed off during the initial set of the concrete.  Kryton Krystol® can reduce or eliminate the ability of water to enter the pores and capillaries short circuiting the carbonation damage.
