Leaking Basements

Leaking basements present difficult challenges to solve.  Most of the traditional approaches to the problem involve exaction of the soil around the basement exterior in order to access that outside positive surface of the concrete wall.  Arizona Repair Masons is a certified applicator of Kryton Products which can waterproof the wall with out excavating.

Kryton Krystol® is applied from the most convenient surface: in the case of basements, the inside, negating the exterior excavation.  Once applied the Krystol® grows throughout the concrete in the pores and capillaries from the applied site to the other side, protecting the rebar and providing resistance to sulfates, carbonation and other problems that come with water penetration thought the pores of the concrete.

The Kryton Krystol® works by using the left over unhydrated cement particles and water to form and grow the Krystol®.  Since Concrete always has an abundance of left over unused unhydrated cement particles, it will have plenty of fuel to grow as long as there is water present.
